Details: Multisport Functional Strength Training is an advanced fitness class which focuses on the demands required by swimmers, runners and cyclists. We'll challenge your core strength, balance, agility, power and speed in a functional manner, moving though all planes of motion. This circuit training routine utilizes your own body weight, bosu balance trainers, exercise balls, elastic bands, medicine balls and free weights to help prevent injury and develop specific strength to give you that performance edge you are looking for!
